In continuation of the celebrations on the occasion of October 24, the Day of the Trade Unions of the country, on the initiative of the Council of Trade Unions of the Sughd Region, with the support of the Executive Body of the State Power of the Sughd Region, the literary and scientific club "The Poet of the Heart" was held in the hall of the Khujand State University named after academician Bobojon Gafurov.

     A festive event dedicated to the professional holiday "Day of trade unions - October 24" was held in the hall of the Council of trade unions of the region. This event was attended by industry veterans, activists, guests and employees of regional trade unions from all cities and districts.

The  regular session of the Recruitment sources School of the Council of Trade Unions of the Sughd region was held today, with the participation of the head of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Tajikistan, Maliksho Nematzoda.

The delegation of guests from the Federation of Trade Unions of the Sverdlovsk region of the Russian Federation visited historical buildings and tourist sites of the Sughd region.

During the working visit, the delegation of guests from the Sverdlovsk Region of the Russian Federation got acquainted with the activities and cooperation of the Russian Scientific and Cultural Center in the city of Khujand.

The delegation of guests from the Federation of Trade Unions of the Sverdlovsk region of the Russian Federation, who are on a business trip to the Sughd region, visited historical places, including the historical and cultural complex "Khujand Castle", "Regional Museum", "House-Museum of Kamol Khujandi", "House-Museum of Anora" and learned about the rich history of culture, art and national literature of Tajiks.

The deputy Chairman of Sughd region Davron Zohidzoda had a meeting with the chairman of Federation Unions of Sverdlovsk region - Andrey Vladimirovich Vetluzhskih.

As part of the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement between the Council of Trade Unions of the Sughd Region and the Federation of Trade Unions of the Sverdlovsk Region, which was signed in February 2024, on August 20 of this year, the head of the Federation of Trade Unions of the Sverdlovsk Region Andrey Leonidovich Vetlujskih visited the Sughd Region.

In order to prepare specialists from the youth and to involve them in the activities of management structures of Trade Unions, the implementation of the instructions and instructions of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, which was expressed in a meeting with the activists of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Tajikistan, based on the order of the Chairman of the Council from 09.04.2024 under No. 38 was established on the basis of the Center for Retraining and Professional Development of the Staff Reserve School of the Regional Council of Trade Unions.
