TRAINING SESSION

On July 22 of this year, a training session was conducted by responsible staff members of the Sughd Regional Council of Trade Unions at the District Office of the Employment Agency in Spitamen.

The purpose of the session was to ensure the proper implementation and adoption of regional and sectoral agreements, as well as collective contracts, and to support the enforcement of their provisions.

The training addressed key issues related to the procedures for drafting, discussing, and signing collective agreements, as well as the rights and responsibilities of the parties involved within the framework of sectoral contracts.

The main goal of the session was to enhance the legal awareness of employees and to strengthen social partnerships between employers and workers in accordance with labor legislation.
