TRAINING SEMINAR ON IMPROVING SKILLS IN USING THE “1C: ACCOUNTING” SOFTWARE
On September 30, 2026, a training seminar on improving accounting skills and the effective use of the “1C: Accounting” software was held in the conference hall of the Council of Trade Unions of Sughd Region.
The seminar was attended by chief accountants and accountants of sectoral trade union committees of the region. The participants discussed issues related to the effective use of accounting software and the proper organization of accounting procedures.
The training seminar was opened by Sharifullo Abdullozoda, Chairman of the Council of Trade Unions of Sughd Region. In his opening remarks, he emphasized that, in all organizations and institutions, regardless of their form of ownership, accounting activities must be carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Accounting and Financial Reporting.” Therefore, all affiliated organizations are required to bring their accounting activities into compliance with the provisions of this Law.
It was also emphasized that, in the context of the rapid development of digital technologies, the use of modern software in accounting is of great importance. According to the Chairman of the Council, the digitalization of accounting processes contributes to strengthening oversight, ensuring data accuracy, increasing the transparency of financial transactions, and improving the efficiency of trade union structures.
It was noted that the seminar was held as a continuation of previously conducted training sessions. Its main objectives were to enhance the theoretical knowledge and practical skills of accountants, address issues arising in the course of using the “1C: Accounting” software, and improve the effectiveness of utilizing the software’s capabilities.
During the seminar, presentations were delivered by N. A. Chernyaeva, Chief Accountant of the Council, and Ismoiljon Saidulloev, a specialist in “1C: Accounting” software. Using practical examples, the speakers explained to the participants the procedures and methods for implementing the “1C: Accounting” software, performing accounting operations, entering and processing data, properly maintaining documentation, generating reports, and utilizing the software’s additional features.
The training also covered issues related to correcting certain errors that may arise when entering data, ensuring the accuracy of accounting records, preparing the necessary reports, and making effective use of the software’s functionality.
During the practical part of the seminar, participants exchanged experiences regarding the use of the software, existing challenges, and possible ways of addressing them.
Throughout the seminar, participants had the opportunity to raise questions and receive specific answers concerning practical aspects of using the “1C: Accounting” software.
In conclusion, it was noted that efforts to further improve the use of the “1C: Accounting” software within trade union structures will continue.
