INSTRUCTIONAL CONSULTATIVE SEMINAR

On August 20, an instructional and consultative seminar was held in the hall of the Sughd Regional Council of Trade Unions with the participation of over 35 heads of trade union organizations, chief accountants, HR inspectors, and heads of occupational safety services of organizations in the fields of culture, trade, and construction.

     The seminar was attended by Tolib Okilov Dadojonovich, Deputy Chairman of the Sughd Regional Council of Trade Unions; Mutabarhon Hojiyeva, Chief Specialist of the Agency for Labor and Employment in Khujand; Fotimakhon Qodirova, Chairwoman of the Regional Committee of the Trade Union of Culture, Information, Sports, and Tourism Workers; and Inomkhuja Buzurokov, Chairman of the Regional Committee of the Trade Union of Trade, Consumer Cooperation, and Private Enterprises.

     Issues discussed included the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Trade Unions”, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities”, compliance with the requirements of the Labor Code regarding labor relations, procedures for concluding collective agreements in organizations, and other important matters.

     At the end of the seminar, participants received specific answers to their questions.
